Retail Jewelry Sales Associate

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to:
- Processing customer transactions, orders, sales, and transfers of merchandise.
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
- Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
- Working closely with each customer to learn his/her needs.
- Establishing a loyal customer base and creating sales.
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Understanding and having the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products.
- Supporting the store's operations in all matters.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- A love for jewelry and working with people
- A Sales approach to building and growing a client base
- Outstanding customer service at all times.
- A strong knowledge of jewelry, silver, gold and/or watch repair is preferred.
- Old Fashion work ethic, team attitude and hands on approach.
- An ambition to advance a career in retail.
- A Graduate Gemology degree is preferred but not required.
